Kyrgyz officials started the first round of customized program

SEOUL- 18 senior officials of the State Personnel Service (SPS) and various government agencies from Kyrgyz Republic started LOGODI's customized program in partnership with Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), which will run from November 19 to December 2, 2018.
This program is specially designed for central and local government officials in the area of Human Resource Management and content focuses on supporting the improvement of Recruitment, Training & Education and Perfomance Manegement of public officials in Kyrgyz Republic.
Based on those objectives, modules to cover Korea's economic development and the role of government officials, Human resource Management in Korea including recruitment, promotion, career development , E-Government etc, Case report presentation & action plan and Korean culture experience.
President of LOGODI, Mr. Park stated his wish in welcome remarks that participants will share Korean experience in HRM during their stay and bring up ideas and insights suitable for the development of Kyrgyz Republic's HRD.
LOGODI carried out pre-work shop in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic from October 10 to 12, 2018 to figure out training needs as well as orientation on program. During the pre-workshop, LOGODI delegates visited State Personnel Service, Academy of Public Administration and Ministry of Economy, which enabled LOGODI to develop efficeint program for Kyrgyz officials.
