ISSYKUL – A LOGODI delegation led by President. Mr. Park Jae-min started a two- day knowledge sharing seminar in Issykul, Kyrgyz Republic.
This seminar was initiated by the former Director of the State Personnel Service (SPS). Mr. Akram Madumarov, who participated in LOGODI's program on Human Resource Management (HRM) in Public Sector from November 19 to December 2. 2018 and wanted to share major lectures with local government officials.
In line with that SPS sent an invitiation letter to LOGODI to participate with 3 experts in Human Resource Development (HRD), HRM and Good Governance.
LOGODI president gave a special lecture on ' HRM system in Korea' followed by 3 lectures by Prof. Choe Chang-soo on ' Good Governance and Administrative Transparency', Prof. M.Jae Moon on ' E-Government and Human Resource Management' and Mr. Park Kyung-bae on ' Human Resources Development Strategy'.
Before the opening ceremony, Mr. Park had a meeting with Acting Director of SPS, Mr. Bakytbek Sagynbaek to discuss the way for the further cooperation in the development of HRD in Kyrgyz Republic.
In addition, a delegation will moderate a workshop with the 1st year program participants on April 24., which is the forum to share the achivement of the training program as well as the monitoring of the action plan implementaion established last year in Korea by group. Overall program will be closed with the alumni lunch after the workshop hosted by President Park.
LOGODI will carry out the 2nd year program on HRD in Public Sector in Kyrgyz Republic from September 22nd to October 5. so, LOGODI will use this opportunity to gather the opinion on the training needs for the better development of the program.
