From April 12 to 15, LOGODI carries out capacity development program for Indian officials in partnership with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI).
Under the framework of 'Leadership Development in the Digital Era', this program targets officials from Urban Local Bodies in India to share South Korea's good practices in service delivery using IT and governance reforms etc.
Indian government stressed the importance of leadership development and change management of government officials as a basic drive engine for a better government.
In addition, the government is trying to improve the public service by using IT, and to drive e-Governance and government innovations in the era of digital transformation.
In the basis of that, LOGODI designed the program with 6 lectures about the mentioned topic and 1 special seminar on the 'Smart City' which will be the highlight of the program.
Dr. Yoon Jong-jin, president of LOGODI addressed his hope that participants will have a constructive discussion during the program.
