LOGODI to carry out a second year Capacity Building Program for Public Administrative Reform of the Laotian Government in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), from June 8 to 14, 2022.
In 2012, Lao government legislated the 'Three-Build Directive' as the main regional development policy to achieve the decentralization. Along with that, the country is actively promoting administrative reform and capacity building of central and local government officials.
Complied to the need from the Laotian government, LOGODI designed the program to support public officials to build their capacity for the administrative reform by sharing Korea's experiences and best practices on government innovation.
In the opening session, participants presented the case report about 10 different matters and they will develop the action plan which is expected to be practically implemented in their government.
Dr. Yoon Join-jin, President of LOGODI, stressed his expectation that this program could contribute to the administrative reform and national development of Lao PDR as well as the further cooperation in Human Resource Development between LOGODI and PARTI.
