LOGODI is running the Public Sector Management Program for Egyptian Government Officials under the sponsorship of KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency). 20 Egyptian senior officials came a long way to Korea in order to attend this program from Wednesday, November 9 to Friday, November 19, 2011.
LOGODI conducted similar training programs for Egyptian officials from 2004 to 2009 for six consecutive years. Having 84 Egyptian officials as LOGODI alumni, LOGODI organized LOGODI Alumni Association(LOGODIAA) and hosted LOGODIAA Reunion Dinner in Cairo, Egypt in 2008.
Last year, LOGODI brought experts in the fields of local administration, e-government and HRD and arranged on-site training program for LOGODI alumni and Egyptian government officials at the Ministry of the State for Administrative Development.
The program which we opened today is the 7th course for Egyptian officials by LOGODI. While the program is on, 20 participants will attend lectures concerning governance, economic development, administrative transparency, e-government and HRD strategy and share expertise and experiences. At the same time, they will have the chances to visit government institutions and industrial sites.
