New president takes office at LOGODI

WANJU – Mr. Doo-yeong Choi was today appointed as the President of LOGODI.
President Choi previously worked for the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs (MOGAHA) (formerly, Ministry of Security and Public Administration [MOSPA]) as the Assistant Minister for the Planning and Coordination Office.
In his inaugural address, President Choi expressed his strong will to devote himself to the development of LOGODI as the training center for the capacity building of local government officials. He also mentioned that LOGODI should perform its responsibilities more creatively and actively so that it can lead change and innovation through its training programs.
With a wealth of experience, President Choi had also worked for Gangwon Provincial Government as Vice Governor, and at the Office of the President.
MOSPA was changed to MOGAHA as a result of a government reorganization, which was carried out on November 19, 2014.
