Ugandan officials at LOGODI for program on local administration

WANJU – 15 mid- to senior-level administrative officers from Uganda are now at LOGODI as participants of the Capacity Building Program on Local Administration for Uganda.
This morning, a welcome event was held, where LOGODI President Choi Doo-Yeong gave a heartfelt welcomed to the delegation and expressed his keen interest in the training program.
President Choi stressed the importance of the role of government officials and their capabilities in the process of national development.
"LOGODI is ready to work with Ugandan Government in terms of the capacity building of government officials since LOGODI is specialized in the training programs for senior local government officials," he said.
The delegates will stay in Korea for three weeks, listening to special presentations on Korea's economic development, HRD and HRM policies, the Saemaeul Movement, e-government, and administrative transparency.
They will also make study visits to government institutions and take part in cultural activities.
