WANJU- On September 23, 2020, the last part of the 3-Year HRM in Public Sector Program, in partnership with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), started for the fifteen officials of the State Personnel Service (SPS) and other government agencies in the Kyrgyz Republic.
This one-week online program aims to support the Kyrgyz central and local government officials to develop and strengthen the administrative capacity and productivity of individual public officials as well as the institutions.
For the particular reason, its lectures and webinars cover; 1) Korea's Experience and Response to COVID_19, 2) Innovation & Good Governance, 3) Reevaluation of Competitiveness & Incentives, 4) Public Human Resource Management, 5) Government Officials Training Innovation, 6) Changes & Challenges in the Post-COVID-19, and 7) Public Ethics and transparency.
Moreover, the participants will develop and present their action plans the day before the end of the program. They will submit the action plans to the Kyrgyz Republic, Which will be reviewed and developed as practical guidelines for the advancement of HRM in the Kyrgyz Republic after the program.
In his opening remarks, LOGODI’s President Lee In-jae stated his wish that this program benefits the participants to develop practical action plans. Also, he hoped that their experiences help them to bring up ideas and insights suitable for the HRM development of the Kyrgyz Republic.
