WANJU - LOGODI held the online closing ceremony to celebrate the successful completion of the Human Resource Management Program in the Public Sector. It was a customized one-week program to assist the Kyrgyz Republic to improve its human resource management system in the public sector.
During the program, a total of 15 participants had various HRM & HRD lectures, such as Good Governance in Korea, Remuneration and Incentive System, Public HRM System, Performance Management, Korea's Public HRD System, and Civil Service Ethics and Transparency.
Correspondingly, participants developed and presented action plans based on the lectures a day before the end of the program. They will submit the consulted action plans to their government, which will be reviewed and developed as practical guidelines for the advancement of HRM in the Kyrgyz Republic.
In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, moreover, LOGODI shared Korea's experience in responses to COVID-19 and recovery strategies and readiness for the post-pandemic era.
During the closing ceremony, Mr. Lee In-jae, the President of LOGODI, gave farewell remarks with a heartfelt appreciation for their sincere commitments during the program. In reply to the farewell remarks, Ms. Aizada Asykbaeva, the Authorized Representative, the State Personnel Service, thanked LOGODI for the rich learning experience throughout the online program.
