WANJU – The online commencement ceremony for ten months long-term programs took place with an attendance of over 400 officials from across Korea.
LOGODI's five ten-month programs for 2021 are senior policy managers (42), senior leaders (114), junior leaders (140), global leaders (20), and women leaders (68).
In his welcome remarks, Mr. Jeon Hea-cheol, Minister of the Interior and Safety, expressed his hope that each program is an opportunity to develop participants' capacity and leadership for the resilience from the COVID-19 and preemptive preparation for the changes and challenges in the post-corona era.
Dr. Lee In-jae, LOGODI President, also delivered his wish that each participant actively participates in learning and uses the program as a place to exchange ideas and strategies toward the best practices in local government innovation throughout the next ten months.
Besides, LOGODI began the first batch of 2021 New G5 Leaders Program, a mandatory six-week program, on January 18, 2021. LOGODI scheduled a total of 13 groups throughout the year. The program is for prospective officials for Grade 5 promotion to enhance their leadership qualities, knowledge, and skills.
