WANJU - On March 2, 2021, LOGODI held the opening ceremony of the one-week online training program, "2021 Capacity Building Program for the National Academy of Governance (NAOG) Faculty and Staff (Mongolia)." About 100 participants have joined this program, including the NAOG faculty, training managers, IT officers, and senior government officials.
Based on the great success of last year's program, the Mongolian government officially requested LOGODI to continue to empower the NAOG faculty and senior officials in developing online training operation and management. Therefore, LOGODI has designed another tailored program to provide the participants with in-depth understandings of HRD & HRM in e-Learning management to meet the NAOG's needs.
For the next four days, LOGODI will share Korea’s experiences in the topic of HRD for online education development and operation management through special lectures and a consulting session on e-Learning content planning, development, and management. The participants will take 7 special lectures such as Understanding about e-Learning, Public Service Using ICT in New Normal Era, Training Development in the Post-COVID Era, e-Learning Content Planning, Quality Control, Teaching Methods, and Content Production Practice.
Also, they will have a consulting session on NAOG's e-Learning development with three Korean experts, Prof. Han Tea-in of the Open Cyber University of Korea, Prof. Choe Chang-soo of the Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, and CEO Jung Yeon-jung of the Trigit Software.
During the welcome remarks, Dr. Lee In-jae, the President of LOGODI, hoped for a stronger diplomatic relationship and cooperation between Korea and Mongolia. He added, "Since 2002, the LOGODI has been promoting mutual trust and friendly relations with the NAOG through the capacity building programs and onsite training programs for 20 years. I hope this program will be a good opportunity to strengthen the capacity of the NAOG in developing online training in Mongolia."
