On November 11, LOGODI shared Korea's experiences on online education with 30 professors of the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA) of Vietnam, in partnership with the OECD Korea Policy Centre and NAPA.
Reqeusted by NAPA, LOGODI designed the customized program to enhance the capacity of its faculty in online teaching methods, including blended learning, online training content development, and Korea's case studies.
In collaboration with the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), LOGODI offered a customized capacity-building program (invitational program) for Vietnamese central and local government officials in 2006. Furthermore, LOGODI signed an MoU to foster exchange and cooperation with NAPA in 2007 and has carried out invitational training programs for about 280 Vietnamese central and local government officials.
Mr. Noh Hong-seog, Director General of the planning department of LOGODI, expressed his hope that the program could contribute to the online education development of NAPA by sharing ideas and experiences. He added, "We hope not only further to expand the cooperation and exchange between two institutes but also develop cooperation with international organizations together."
