WANJU - LOGODI carries out an online program, the Capacity Building Program for Civil Servants in Ethiopia, from July 13 to 21, 2022.
This program is the second round of the 3-year (2021-2023) capacity program that LOGODI designed for Ethiopian government officials, sponsored by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). Twenty participants are the directors and senior officials of the HRD or HRM departments of the ministries of the Ethiopian government.
Currently, the Ethiopian government has made a great effort to ensure the capacity development of civil servants. Human Resources is one of the fundamental driving forces behind economic growth and innovation.
Upon the request of the Ethiopian government, this year, LOGODI has designed this program to provide you with customized lectures and workshops related to Human Resource Development and Management.
For the next nine days, the participants will have active discussions to lay out the foundation of HRD and HRM of their ministries.
Mr. Hwang Ho-yoon, Acing President of LOGODI, expressed his hope at the opening ceremony that this program is an opportunity to share the experience of both countries and support government reorganization and national development. Also, he added, "I hope Ethiopia and South Korea will continue strengthening the friendly relationship between the two countries to achieve peace and prosperity. LOGODI will also contribute to the process."
