Wanju – Twelve senior officials composed of 11 heads of local governments and the representative from the cabinet secretariat of Mongolia have arrived in Korea to share Korea's experiences in Local Administration.
This program aims to advance local administration in Mongolia and promote public service delivery in the Mongolian local governments.
Based on the request from the Mongolian government, the program was designed with lectures on▴local administration, ▴digital government and promotion of public services using information and communication technology (ICT), ▴policy planning and management, ▴and government performance evaluation & HRM in Korea.
In line with chosen lectures, study visits to the local government with excellent administrative innovation (Wanju-gun), ▴ecotourism and local economy revitalization cases (Suncheon Bay International Garden Expo), digital government exhibition hall, etc. to provide an opportunity to meet and discuss with practitioners.
Ryu Imchul, President of LOGODI said, “I hope this program will contribute not only to the personal capacity enhancement but to Mongolia's national development."
